Jay Ramos is a visionary leader and dedicated advocate for underserved communities. As the Founder President of Let Love Thrive, he is committed to empowering marginalized women and children in the Philippines by providing resources, education, and support to help them build brighter futures.
Jay’s passion for service is deeply personal. His wife, Christine, experienced neglect and a lack of support as a young child in the Philippines—an experience that shaped their shared mission to uplift vulnerable communities. Let Love Thrive was born out of their desire to create lasting
change and ensure that no one is left behind due to circumstances beyond their control.
Beyond his work with Let Love Thrive, Jay has been a driving force in the staffing and recruiting industry for over two decades. Starting as an intern at Amtec in 2000, his natural ability to connect with people and build meaningful relationships quickly propelled him into leadership
roles. In 2008, Jay played a pivotal role in launching AGSI, an offshore RPO and BPO in the Philippines, creating opportunities for Filipino professionals while helping U.S. companies access global talent. His leadership journey continued, and he now serves as the CEO and
President of both Amtec and AGSI.
A proud Filipino-American, Jay cherishes his family, faith, and heritage. He has been happily married to Christine for over 23 years, and they take great pride in their daughter, who is pursuing her Master’s in Architecture at CBU. When he’s not leading organizations or serving communities, you can find Jay surfing, boating, SCUBA diving, swimming, or traveling the
world.
At the heart of everything he does, Jay believes in the power of relationships, integrity, and servant leadership—values that continue to shape both Amtec’s legacy and the Let Love Thrive movement.
